SAIC is currently seeking a Senior Training Policy Analyst for All Domain Protection, Maneuver Support, and Protection (Military Police) materiel system requirements at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.   

Job Description:

• The candidate will provide Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Army Capabilities Development System (ACIDS) support for the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) Research and Development Directorate (RDD) Protection Branch
• The candidate will focus on developing Army requirements for future proponent material or systems in support of Army Modernization efforts where new requirements may lead to the modification or adaptation of existing material or systems

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Bachelors with nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Skills:

• Detailed knowledge of JCIDS and ACIDS
• Understanding of military weapons, vehicles, equipment, and security systems
• Knowledge of Military Police organizations, tactics, operations, and doctrine
• Able to develop viable courses of action for Military Police materiel needs such as mobility, weapons, electronic intrusion systems, applied robotics, and clothing items
• Manage actions/coordination related to Army inventory, long range planning, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
• Conduct analysis of interrelated issues of effectiveness and efficiency for mission- oriented programs for projects and studies
• Knowledgeable of guidelines used to support the development of materiel capabilities
• Knowledge of Military Police doctrine, operations, and concepts
• Knowledge of emerging technologies related to the MP capability development
• Familiar with processes, concepts, and capabilities of the command post computer operating environment

Required Clearance: 

• Active DoD SECRET clearance
