Senior Data Analyst Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our enthusiastic team at a rapidly growing e-commerce food brand.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and leading our data measurement strategy across 8 brands and 3 catering brands for both web and app platforms. The perfect candidate will manage the creation of actionable insights and oversee the development of a "next-generation" platform that elevates our digital experience through innovative technologies and design.
#LI-DNI Responsibilities
- Manage the translation of complex business requirements into detailed user stories for developers
- Architect and design robust data layers, technical specifications, and oversee release train coordination with development teams
- Configure, manage, and optimize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to exceed analytics requirements
- Conduct QA & Testing efforts at all levels of infrastructure, collaborating with development teams for comprehensive release management
- Guarantee BigQuery Google Analytics data is well-formatted, high-quality, and fully optimized for use by downstream teams
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for web and app interfaces
- Create and enforce a unified, cross-brand solution that enables asset reuse and data consolidation across multiple brands
- Manage sophisticated implementations for catering brands
- Strategize and oversee testing and quality assurance processes, working closely with development teams
- Design, innovate, and supervise the development and management of advanced reporting and dashboards in Looker Studio
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role
- Proven track record in building and leading measurement plans and Solution Design
- Advanced experience in creating and managing dataLayer
- Expert-level proficiency in mobile app tracking for both iOS and Android platforms
- In-depth expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Proven skills in building and leading teams to create complex dashboards using Looker Studio
- Strong background in collaborating with technical and executive teams to drive strategic project deliverables
- English level B2+ for effective communication
