Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind data clarity and consistency across our organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to identify key data sources, define essential KPIs, and present insights that empower our leadership team to make strategic decisions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Standardization & Clarity: Gather, organize, and standardize data from various technology systems to ensure information accuracy and consistency.
Opportunity Analysis: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing data across finance, marketing, sales, customer success, support, and product engagement.
Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain cross-functional business dashboards, providing leadership with a clear view of performance metrics.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership to drive projects focused on developing and executing performance strategies and objectives.
Advanced Analytics: Lead complex projects requiring in-depth analysis and advanced business intelligence methodologies.
Alignment Strategies: Create and implement strategies to align Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams around common revenue objectives.
Tech Stack Management: Manage and refine the technology stack supporting these teams, ensuring seamless integration and data flow for improved visibility and decision-making.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance performance and drive revenue.
Data Accuracy Initiatives: Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency, providing all teams with reliable information for strategic planning.
About You:
Experienced: You bring at least four years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, revenue operations, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
Data Proficient: Proficient with analysis tools and business applications like QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom, Jira, Profitwell, and Excel.
Analytical: You excel in analyzing data and can translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
Collaborative: Strong communication and interpersonal skills allow you to work seamlessly across departments, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
Educational Background: You have a degree in statistics, business, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Python, Tableau, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and data visualization tools.
Problem Solver: You have a natural curiosity for data, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Project management skills are one of your strengths, and you can prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail.
Communicative: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $160,000 (Dependent on Experience)
