No prior experience required (In-house training, paid classes and licensing, excellent field training program)
This is a fully remote position

Our Licensed Representatives will work with our clients to identify their unique situations and needs and help them choose insurance plans that suit their family's needs. You’ll enjoy a diverse, supportive environment and a competitive compensation program, including uncapped commissions, best-in-class training, and potential for growth in our company.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed insurance sales needs analysis via phone or Zoom with clients, including educating the client about the differences between term and whole life insurance, identifying matching plans and services, and assisting through the application process.
• Close sales, completing applications accurately
• Work with internal support, trainers, and customer service representatives
• Performs other related duties as needed

Core skills/abilities needs:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check
• Must reside in the U.S.

Helpful, but not required:

• Prior sales or customer experience
• Call center environment experience
• Life License (Qualified candidates may be eligible for company-sponsored classes and licensing fees)
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
