About the company: We are a physical therapy clinic in Crofton that focuses on empowering patients to stay active and mobile without having surgeries, taking medications, or having injections. • Someone who loves learning and wants to work as part of a team
• Already treats pelvic floor patients or ready to learn (we have a complete in house mentorship program and work with the leading skills courses in the country)
• Values educating patients, spending longer treatment times with them, and always learning themselves
• Someone who can build trust with patients quickly and is motivated to improve their relationships with patients
• Someone who listens, wants to collaborate as a team and is always striving to make themselves better
• Someone who understand the importance of regular communication for everyone to succeed including yourself, the team, and our patients
• Licensed to practice in the State of Maryland (or on your way to being licensed)
