Job Description

Position Summary:

Are you ready to take your marketing expertise to the next level? In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the success of our Member Development and Sponsorship sales teams. Your creativity, skills, and experience will contribute to achieving our mission, enhancing our market presence, and strengthening our relationships with valued members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing and lead generation activities to help meet Membership Development and Sponsorship revenue goals.
Design and execute nurture campaigns to qualify and engage potential leads.
Create and refine lead generation emails and templates to support sales meeting appointments.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials that align with key messaging and branding.
Manage sponsorship marketing efforts, including creating collateral, web pages, and other promotional materials.
Maintain schedules and tracking documents in Smartsheet for marketing deliverables.
Develop and implement a social media content calendar to keep our online presence strong and engaging.
Analyze marketing campaigns and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Provide progress reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other teams to optimize online advertising and social media campaigns.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and competitive positioning, helping to refine our sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing manager role with proven success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive demand for our products and services.
Experience in digital marketing, sales support, content marketing, social media, video marketing, and brand development.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects while delivering on time and on budget.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and senior management.
Strong time management and organizational skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing initiatives.
A high-energy, team-oriented self-starter who collaborates well and builds credibility and trust within the marketing team.
Innovative Mindset: A track record of bringing creative ideas to the table and driving marketing initiatives that set the organization apart.
Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong ability to leverage data to guide marketing decisions, measure campaign success, and optimize strategies.
