Shift: Flexible hours between the hours of 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Location: Distribution Parkway, Collierville, TN

General Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting and the repair of various electronic devices’ hardware, software and peripheral components. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages including operating systems. Provides depot technical support to internal and third-party organizations. Partners with Quality and test areas, to ensure compliance.

Education/Experience

Minimum Education

• Associates degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Two (2) years of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities
• Ability to work in team environments.
• Must exhibit promptness and attention to detail.
• Contributes to a safe working environment.
• Ability to work in a self-directed work environment.
• Ability to maintain industry certification as required.
• Ability to perform the spill clean-up function as required.
• Ability to read and understand operative manuals and work instructions

Physical/ Cognitive Requirements

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
