Howdy!

We're looking for a self-motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and join our small but mighty team here at Mañana! In this role, you will work alongside our Marketing Manager to manage our social media channels, create engaging content for email and social media, support product photography and shoot production, and spearhead expanding Mañana's B2B sales with customers who share our passion for surfing and adventure. Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence through creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across platforms to maintain brand consistency and increase audience interaction.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Graphic Design and Content Creation: Design promotional graphics, email templates, and other visual materials aligned with Mañana's brand style.
• Sales Support and Coordination: 
• Identify potential wholesale opportunities, initiate contact, drive sales, and manage relationships through consistent follow-up and outreach efforts.
• Analyze and track weekly sell thru and inventory data to understand trends and opportunities, partnering with the Operations Manager to present opportunities to drive additional sales.
• Photoshoot Production Coordination : Organize and manage all aspects of photoshoot logistics, including location scouting, securing permits as necessary, scheduling, and coordinating with models and other crew.

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, advertising or a similar role
• Proficiency in social media platforms 
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klavyio)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Graphic design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Able to work in an ambiguous, fast-growing team-first environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn/be adaptable are crucial!
