The Role:
As the Chief Strategy Officer for our North Division (Puget Sound and Alaska), you'll be the driving force behind our strategic vision. Based in the vibrant city of Seattle, you'll partner with our executive team and other key leaders to shape the future of healthcare in the region.
What You'll Do:
Become a Healthcare Futurist: Peer into your crystal ball (or, you know, use data and projections) to anticipate the future of healthcare and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Master Strategist: Develop and implement a comprehensive, system-wide strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and addresses the unique needs of our North Division.
Collaboration Champion: Forge strong partnerships across all levels of the organization, from our clinical teams to our financial experts, to ensure seamless execution of our strategic plan.
Value-Based Care Pioneer: Lead the charge in transitioning to value-based care models, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve outcomes and enhance patient care.
Resource Maestro: Oversee the development of a capital plan that aligns with our strategic priorities and ensures sustainable growth.
What You'll Bring:
Strategic Acumen: A Master's degree in a business-related field and 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning and business development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Data-Driven Mindset: A knack for using data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Communication Prowess: The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
