Job Summary: Hive Group is a rapidly growing management consulting firm working in the federal procurement space. We are seeking an energetic individual with leadership skills to lead a team of human capital management professionals in support of our federal client. This position provides human capital management support for large, complex organizations undergoing organizational change. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in government consulting on the ground floor.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Provides leadership and technical expertise and excel at client delivery and team development
- Provides high quality project services including proactive solutioning and complex problem solving
- Support Executive Leadership in identifying requirements, challenges, and associated solutions for large-scale organizational change
- Support planning and execution of strategic human capital initiatives to ensure business continuity and minimize negative impact to staffing levels
- Assess organizational data to identify gaps and trends in human capital initiatives
- Recommend structure, action plans and risk management strategies to rapidly resolve gaps or negative trends
- Identify needs for human capital strategy and training strategy modifications to improve recruiting, retention and growth of employees
- Conceptualize, recommend, plan, and facilitate collaborative sessions across the organization to understand and act on challenges or opportunities faced by staff and leadership
- Extrapolate and communicate important information to client clearly, concisely, and on schedule
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement changes
- Identify and develop standard operating procedures for human capital program standardization and continued evolution for a large, complex workforce
- Coordinate and schedule calendar events for leadership
- Flex to support team members with other business functions and processes
- Complete ad hoc projects for both federal and corporate support
- Respond to requests for information according to documented processes and data security standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
- Experience: 8-10 years of related experience; Demonstrated experience with process management methodologies to include assessments and implementation of recommended improvements and conducting GAP analyses for business maturity improvement recommendations. Significant experience with facilitating/coordinating cross-functional teams to develop, deliver, operationalize, document, and support complex solutions.
- Experience with Federal Hiring regulations and practices.
- Clearance: Able to obtain a Tier 2 Public Trust investigation
Skills & Key Attributes - Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has experience with MS Office or Google Suite applications to include word processing and spreadsheet functions
