Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Chauffeur - Luxury Transportation Services drives Company’s luxury vehicles, including sedans, limousines, and SUVs to provide unmatched guest service for our high-value clients. The Chauffeur - Luxury Transportation Services will also be responsible for ensuring clients are transported to and from their destinations in a safe and timely manner aligned with the Company’s exceptional service standards.
All duties are to be performed in accordance The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive company’s luxury vehicles, including sedans, limousines, and SUVs.
- Know, understand, and abide by all laws and regulations relating to vehicle operation, including all traffic laws.
- Provide unmatched service to our high-value clients, including assistance with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring clients' comfort during transit.
- Clean, maintain, and monitor the condition of Company vehicles to maintain excellent condition.
- Understand traffic, weather, and other road conditions to transport passengers safely, efficiently, and timely.
- Use Company devices to communicate effectively about routes, assignments, vehicles, and schedules.
- Forecast, anticipate, and respond to client concerns and inquiries and resolve passenger issues that arise during transportation.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Log, in detail, each guest trip, including pick-up and drop-off locations, times, mileage, notes, and any incidents that occur during the trip.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality, privacy, discretion, and professionalism for passengers.
- Build loyal and lasting relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Follow all Company policies to report accidents, incidents, or damage to Company vehicles.
- Safety is an essential function of this job.
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic patterns
Company Standards of Conduct
All Team Members at The Venetian Resort are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Minimum Qualifications
- 25 years of age
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of previous driving experience, with preference to those with prior experience driving professionally or driving luxury vehicles. Must provide a 5- or 10-year DMV driving history record.
- Valid Nevada driver's license and must maintain Nevada driver’s license throughout tenure.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- Clean driving record and knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
- Neat and clean professional appearance in accordance with Company and departmental standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Understand and abide local and state traffic and safety laws. Must be able to successfully complete Company’s driving safety training program within first 30 days of employment.
- Strong problem-solving, detail-focused, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to address stressful situations with clients and guests with dignity, tact, and politeness.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, stakeholders, community members, and other Team Members of different backgrounds and varying levels of experience.
- Must be able and available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to:
- Lift or carry 50 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access to all areas of the property and drive areas, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Physically access and operate a motor vehicle, including sedans, vans, SUVs, and other vehicle types.
- For prolonged periods of time: sit, walk, stand, drive, and frequently lift, carry, stretch, bend, and kneel.
- Use Company issued devices for navigation, communication, and route-finding.
- Work indoors/outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, light, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
- Work in a vehicle, and on roadways with exposure to exhaust fumes, dirt, dust, variable weather conditions, including UV, sun, heat, rain, hail, snow, sleet, cold, and wind, amongst other elements.
