Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule appointments with potential clients efficiently, ensuring optimal timing for sales representatives to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Utilize various communication platforms to reach out to potential clients, confirming appointment times and details.
  • Perform cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and increase interest in our financial products.
  • Maintain a detailed log of calls, including feedback and outcomes of the interaction.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure they attend scheduled meetings with sales representatives.
  • Provide detailed reports to management about appointment outcomes, client feedback and potential client needs identified during interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the appointment setting processes and strategies.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, sales tactics and customer service practices to enhance your performance effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, scheduling, and cold calling, preferably in a commercial B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders on calls.
  • High proficiency in using telecommunication systems and office management software for scheduling meetings and managing client data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deadlines and tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting; possessing strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Adept in handling rejections and maintaining professionalism and positivity in all client interactions.
  • Capability to quickly learn about new products and services and articulate this knowledge when engaging with potential customers.
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
