Position Overview

Starting pay rate of $20/hr, $21/hr after training with uncapped earning potential!

FULL - TIME SCHEDULE: 6:00 am start time (4 day work week, including every Saturday and Overtime are mandatory)

As an Item/Eaches Selector, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient selection of general merchandise products for shipment to stores. This work is light distribution in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority. Our new warehouse is designed to reduce heavy lifting and involves minimal physical requirements.Please take a few minutes to complete a realistic job preview to find out what it's like to work for us. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for manually picking products accurately and efficiently to fill customer orders. This work is busy, fast paced in a friendly atmosphere where safety is a high priority.

• Accurately manually select product from racks utilizing an audio voice command "Jennifer" headset system.
• Place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, according to customer orders.
• Confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
• Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging.

Picker Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, listen, read and comprehend numbers and sequences and to count items correctly.
• Experience verbally communicating in voice picking systems or RF devices
• Ability to maintain required productivity and quality expectations.
• Must be able to work overtime when required in order to complete customer orders.
• Demonstrate commitment and ability to work safely at all times
