Voice Data Entry Agent

Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team and play a crucial role in supporting data enrichment tasks for our healthcare clients. We're looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to high-quality work and will contribute to maintaining excellence in our quality control process.

What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice tasks as needed.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
Verify information provided by third-party entities using online databases.
Complete Enrichment Tasks based on client specifications and training.
Handle data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and follow up with state boards for status updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks.
Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working on both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in outbound/inbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Available to work 40 hours per week and start immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle process and information changes.
Capable of working independently or as an active team member.
Able to support a work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
Compensation:

Pay rate: $16 per hour.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 55,000.00 Per Year
