Join our dynamic online learning team as a Special Education Teacher, where you will provide specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities, fostering an inclusive virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) online.
Provide direct instruction and support via video conferencing.
Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure inclusive practices.
Conduct virtual assessments and monitor student progress.
Maintain detailed documentation and student records.
Lead IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents.
Create and share resources on inclusive strategies with the teaching team.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Special Education preferred.
Valid teaching license with special education endorsement.
3+ years of experience in special education, with a focus on inclusive practices.
Proficiency in online learning platforms and assistive technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to advocate for students' needs in a virtual environment.
