Alliance Wealth Management Group is a wealth management firm that support a more open and collaborative model to provide authentic, Independent Financial Advice and Professional Tax Advice. We also manage globally-diversified portfolios designed to meet clients' risk return objectives ranging from conservative to aggressive growth.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Typist/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data efficiently and accurately. You will also transcribe documents and other written material. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

• Type and transcribe documents, reports, and other written content from audio or handwritten notes.
  
• Input data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or content management systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by cross-checking and reviewing entries.
• Regularly update and maintain data in internal systems as needed.
• Organize and file electronic documents and records for easy retrieval.
• Adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information and maintain data privacy standards.
• Complete assignments on time and with high attention to detail.

Requirements

•   Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
• Familiarity with word processing tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs) and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for accurate data entry and correspondence.
• Reliable internet access to work from home and complete tasks online.
