Job Title: Training Coordinator

Location: Dearborn, MI - Onsite

Shift: Monday Friday Day Shift

Mode of Hire: Full time

The trainer's key responsibilities are:

Train L1 Pre Assessment agents based on client training materials
Oversight of training needs for additional development of training requirements
Lead team sessions
Conduct 1:1 training when needed with individual L1 agents
Monitor SSH(Software support hotline) related dashboards
Participate in monthly calibration peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions to ensure accurate technical support
Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency

Job Description:

As a Training coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for Training the L1 agents and overseeing training requirements.
Monitor Software Support Hotline related dashboards
Participate in monthly calibration sessions, peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions
Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.
Train Level 1 PreAssessment Agents based on client's training material

Conduct 1:1 training when needed with individual Level 1 agents

Qualification:

Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
5+ years of experience in mentoring, coaching and training
Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems with its functionality is preferred
Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
