What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, developers, and data scientists.
Candidate Experience: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and keep them updated on recruitment progress.
Database Management: Keep candidate databases and recruitment records organized and up-to-date.
Workday Utilization: Utilize Workday or similar systems to streamline and manage recruitment processes (experience with Workday is a plus).
Market Research: Stay current with tech industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of technical roles and their requirements.
Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
