Position Overview:
The Student Enrollment & Recruitment Manager is responsible for building vibrant student communities across our Pk-12 schools. Working closely with the School Operations team, the Student Enrollment & Recruitment Manager will spearhead recruitment efforts, oversee the entire student enrollment experience, cultivate strong family and community relationships, and manage volunteer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Outreach:
In collaboration with the SDoSO, develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified student body across all grade levels (Pk-12).
Manage and analyze enrollment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize yield (conversion of accepted students to enrolled students).
Lead family outreach initiatives, including advertising school events, increasing communication with families, and gathering feedback.
Build relationships with feeder schools and community organizations to expand the school's reach.
Ensure all family-facing materials are readily available and accessible to the team and families.
Host school tours for prospective students and families, showcasing the school's environment and programs.
Enrollment Management:
In collaboration with the School Operations team, manage the entire student enrollment process from application to completion including yearly re-verification for all grade levels, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Manage the registration process for new students, including document collection, ensuring a smooth transition into the school.
Manage waitlists for grade levels with high application volume, and implement a system for notifying families when openings become available.
Plan and execute informational and registration sessions and welcome events for new students and families to foster a sense of belonging.
Family & Community Engagement:
Lead initiatives to cultivate strong family & community relationships, fostering a sense of belonging and driving student retention.
Partner with the School Operations team in planning, set-up, communication, and follow-up for all family/community events to strengthen family-school connections.
Partner with School Leaders to create & manage volunteer opportunities that leverage family & community strengths to enrich the school experience.
Collaborate with teams to define volunteer needs, engagement pathways, and gather family feedback to improve retention strategies.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student enrollment management or a related field (e.g., admissions).
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of student recruitment best practices, including data analysis and yield optimization.
Ability to analyze enrollment data, identify trends, and communicate findings to inform strategic decision-making.

Hybrid: A typical school, office, or virtual environment with frequent interruptions.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires occasional travel, ranging from 20-30%.
