TITLE: Senior Administrator

TYPE: CONTRACT TO HIRE

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 6 pm (must be flexible- long hours)

HOURLY PAY RATE: $30 -$40

LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV

The Office Administrator is integral to ensuring day-to-day operations of our busy office

You’ll be the sole and primary point-person for all things administrative and bookkeeping for the company.

This includes managing accounts payable and receivable (member billing), routinely reconciling accounts, regularly providing financial reports to the Principal.

For matters of office operation, you will liaise between students and the membership of the company. You will play a vital part of supporting the students, and current members with inquiries, benefits, files, and contracts.

An important part of your role will be administration of the work space, particularly the maintenance of the office, including ensuring all reports, management projects, and executive (C Level) support for office and team operations to run smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of office support experience is required
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience is required; significant office manager experience is strongly preferred.
• Experince in a Union Setting
• Must be VERY flexable - 10-12 hour days - late night and weekends if needed
• Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel are a must, familiarity with Google Suite required
• Must be resourceful, proactive, and autonomous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent follow through
• Willingness to handle responsibilities regardless of how big or small
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize needs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills
