Sr. International/Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior International / Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst Position Summary
The Senior International / Transfer Pricing Tax Analyst will support the Tax department on a variety of international and transfer pricing tax matters including compliance, documentation and reporting, planning, tax technology and other special projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing and executing global transfer pricing policies
- Assist with managing global transfer pricing compliance and documentation
- Assist with supporting global tax audits and other controversy matters
- Assist with calculating and managing large intercompany charges
- Leverage tax software and tools to automate and simplify tax calculations and processes
- Partner with finance, treasury, legal and other cross functional teams on various business and tax planning initiatives
Education/Experience
- BS in Accounting or Finance, MS in Taxation/JD/LLM in Taxation a plus.
- CPA license is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of international and transfer pricing tax concepts
- Minimum three years of tax experience; combination of Big 4 and multinational corporate tax experience.
- Working knowledge in tax accounting and tax compliance processes and experience working with tax technology.
- A self-starter, detail-oriented, hands-on and analytical tax professional with strong oral and written communication skills and data analytics skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. High degree of accuracy and proven ability to meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment.
he expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300-$120,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
