Are you a finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic corporate finance team and play a pivotal role in driving financial insights, strategic planning, and operational excellence. We're looking for a dynamic and motivated finance professional interested and capable of potentially moving into the Controller position. 

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, providing critical analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making. From month-end close activities to budgeting and forecasting, you’ll contribute to projects that shape the organization’s financial health and future growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead month-end and year-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
  
• Analyze key financial metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  
• Oversee cost allocations across departments and international business units.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and short-term planning processes.
  
• Evaluate internal controls, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and special projects.
  
• Prepare detailed variance analyses and present findings to key stakeholders.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Experience: 4–6 years in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or a similar role.
  
• Certifications: CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
