Job Description

Salary: 120,000 - 160,000 USD per year Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, we may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), data analytics, and analytics tools.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, currently or in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data and analysis needs, developing technical requirements.
• Determine the relevancy of data and identify alternative data sources as needed to complete analytics requests.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
• Query big data platforms such as Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS.
• Combine data from disparate sources to complete analysis and identify key business drivers through exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Develop forecasting models to predict sales, demand, and other key business metrics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, offers, or initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate findings clearly through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to executives and decision-makers.
• Promote a culture of excellence, data-driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
• Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning, applying these to business challenges.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
