Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity As a Senior Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, youwill be responsible for managing the technical SOW, project schedule andengineering effort for the design and development of complex systems solutions.You will collaborate with the customer and internal cross-functional teams todefine system requirements, design architectures, and integrate variouscomponents to deliver innovative solutions. Your experience and skills withprogram management will enable you to provide guidance to the engineering team.
You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Program manager (located inin Phoenix, Arizona). Working remotely in the Seattle area, you willserve as a primary customer representative on site at Boeing and therefore willnot be required to report to the Redmond office location. Please notethat US citizenship is required for this position.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. underasylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a PE/PM on Boeing FMS programs
- Comfortable with leadership and supporting teams (PMs, PPCs, CAMs) to develop integrated master schedules
- Capable of managing complex program schedules and resources
- Able to assess impact of change requests to cost and schedule constraints.
- Experience with Management Operating System (MOS) that contains CAT 1/2/3 milestones tracking, weekly budget reviews, and monthly resource planning.
- Skilled at managing change via the bi-weekly Joint Boeing/Honeywell Change Control Board (JCCB) process.
- Maintains a robust risk management system to protect approved cost and schedule baseline and minimize scope growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a project engineer / Program Manager.
- Multiple trips each year to Phoenix Arizona will be required.
