Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC and air systems and the ability to work effectively in various environments. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality service and support.

Duties:

• Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and schematics.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and refrigerate equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
• Weld components as necessary for system installations or repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
• Conduct field service visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills:

• Proficient in air conditioning installation and repair techniques.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R principles, including system design and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems.
• Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in the HVAC industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
