Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
