Job Description

We’re looking for a Set Up Machinist to work at our client in Phoenix, AZ! Earn up to $26/hr . in a fast-paced & fun environment, supporting a well-known manufacturing company. Minimum of 2 years experience is required!

This is a temp-to-hire position – convert to a full-time employee after 520 hours of work!

Pay Rate: $26/hr

Available Shift Times:

• Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm-12:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Program CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Ensure all machined components meet quality standards.
• Work with a variety of materials and complex geometries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with CNC horizontal vertical Machining centers.
• Proficiency in using HAAS, Matsurra, and Fanuc equipment.
• Ability to set up and program CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Hardworking, dedicated, and honest.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
