Are you a talented ServiceNow Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a fully remote role. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers' configuration and development goals while adhering to the highest standards of ethical behavior.
What You'll Do:
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as GRC, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and other applications to meet our clients' needs.
- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Workflow Management: Create and manage workflows and automated processes using ServiceNow's Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
- UI Development: Build and customize UI components using ServiceNow's UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and Glide scripting.
- Platform Administration: Develop and implement solutions for platform administration, including user access management, system configuration, and performance monitoring.
- Testing & Documentation: Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality code and proper functionality. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations, resolving issues and applying upgrades as needed.
- Agile Participation: Actively engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, recommending enhancements for platform improvements.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, databases, and tools. Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, pre-built Spokes, and other technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Over 5 years in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow Development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Integration, and API Development. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting aspects.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CompTIA Security+, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or ICAgile Certified.
- Clearance: Secret/TS Security Clearance required.
- Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment.
