What is the opportunity?
This Service Delivery Manager Role is responsible for the infrastructure delivery, application and operational performance for RBC Wealth Management (WM) and Global Asset Management (GAM). This individual will drive projects, initiatives, special requests, improve services, as well as identify problem and change management trends focusing on improving service quality and overall LOB experience with TI. This is accomplished by gathering business requirements, aligning requirements with SME's across TI who can leverage current and new technology solutions, proactively being involved in day to day LOB technology activities and regular communication with the LOB.
