Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior UX Researcher responsible for helping define and drive the future experience for our clients call center representatives and the products they use. Duties will include using appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research. Analyzing subjective and objective data both qualitative and quantitative to gather deep end-user understanding. Performing usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution lifecycle. Communicating research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design. Defining the most usable workflows that align with the explicit design philosophy for products and/or solutions.
