About the Role:

We are seeking a talented California license holding Assistant Nail Salon Manager to help us redefine luxury nail care in this iconic city. As Assistant Salon Manager, you play a crucial role in supporting the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer experiences, fostering staff motivation, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Dedicate 50% of working hours to delivering flawless treatments and the other 50% of your working hours to ensuring service quality and team management.
• Step into the spotlight and lead by example, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the salon team.
• Support the Salon Manager in daily tasks and decision-making, providing guidance and assistance to team members as needed.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, adhering to Townhouse service standards. Address and promptly resolve customer concerns or issues professionally.
• Take charge of operational tasks, opening and closing the salon as required. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, assisting in inventory management and stock control.
• Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with the Salon Manager to implement performance improvement plans.
• Assist in creating and maintaining staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.

Qualifications: 

• Must have license from the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology
• Strong Nail Technician experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of customer satisfaction.  
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a salon environment.  
• Proficient in salon operations and compliance management.
