Key Responsibilities:
Complete a daily client checklist for all company clients (200+ clients).
Onboard new clients and ensure they receive the best possible service from the start.
Collaborate with the Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure proper onboarding and account setup.
Edit client CRM and accounts as needed.
Serve as the first point of contact for any client concerns or issues.
Routinely call clients to ensure service is running smoothly and up to date.
Set calendar appointments for in-depth client calls.
Manage client requests and tasks efficiently, maintaining an organized to-do list.
Provide client coaching to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
Take a leadership role in problem-solving and client retention efforts.

At least 2 years of experience in client retention and client management.
Excellent business communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
A proven track record of outstanding attendance and a relentless drive to succeed.
Phone sales experience, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation (desirable).
Coaching or sales management experience (desirable).
Leadership experience is a must.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
A humble willingness to learn and grow with a dedicated team of experts.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time, 100% remote.
Starting Salary: $48,000 annually with potential to earn $120,000+ per year based on performance.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.
Bonus Pay: Yes, based on client retention and performance.
