About Tippecanoe River State Park:
Tippecanoe River State Park is a 7,353-acre area along the Tippecanoe River that was occupied by the Potawatomi Tribe. French came to the area for trade. English settlers came for farming. The U.S. Parks Service acquired the land in the 1930s and then transferred it to Indiana in 1943. The park still maintains the 90-foot fire tower that offers visitors an outstanding view of the surrounding countryside. Activities include boating, camping, canoeing, cross-county skiing, fishing, hiking (23 miles), and horse riding.
Salary Information:
The pay for these seasonal positions may vary but traditionally starts at an hourly rate of $12.25.
