Your Role in Transforming Lives

• Assess and identify students’ needs to create individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to seamlessly integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities.
• Provide direct, hands-on therapy to help students overcome challenges and grow.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure success.
• Be a valued member of student study teams, sharing your expertise to shape meaningful educational experiences.

What You Bring

• Qualifications that Matter: WA state Occupational Therapist licensure with ESA certification.
• Passion and Experience: A background in supporting children with diverse disabilities, such as cerebral palsy or neuro-developmental conditions.
• Team Spirit: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families.
• Readiness to Thrive: Current BLS certification and positive references.
