Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors AMS Support Consultant

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-12 Years

Location : Wilmington, Vermont

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors AMS support.
• Proficiency in the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:
  • Employee Central
  • Learning
  • Succession and Development
  • Compensation
  • Onboarding
  • Performance and Goal Management
  • Recruitment
  • Employee Data
  • Global HR Processes
  • HCM
  • Performance Management
  • Talent Hybrid
• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging is preferred for functional consultants.
• Understanding of SLAs and incident management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools. (preferably ServiceNow).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in handling AMS support in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve tickets/issues from business users within the defined SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to recurring issues.
• Test and transport changes to the production environment.
• Adhere to incident management processes and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
• Work in shifts (up to 11 PM for offshore) and be available for on-call support after office hours and during weekends on a rotation basis.
• Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow to manage incidents and track resolutions.
• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, both written and verbal.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
