Job Description

Description

We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only a master of their craft, but also shares our commitment to driving a strong company culture by putting their heart and soul into their work every day.

The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, and adding basic custom fields.

We are looking for energetic candidates with strong intellect, a passion for finance, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, and superior customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, have a bias for action, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure into multiple areas of the company. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development team
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Developer certified
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong data and project management abilities
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Ability to come into the office 2 days a week as needed
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making

What You'll Get:

  • Market competitive total rewards package
  • To be part of the Heart & SOUL of a winning company with an inspiring mission
  • The opportunity to Make Big Things Happen
  • Competitive salary along with full health benefits with an HSA option
  • Flexible PTO and bank holidays
  • 401(k) plan and company match

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, genetic trait, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
