Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality automotive aftermarket accessories. This role focuses on building strong relationships with wholesale customers, driving sales growth, and delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, including shops, dealers, distributors, and fleets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, including technical details and customization options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Track sales performance, create forecasts, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and customer training sessions to enhance brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket sector and/or experience selling technical products.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
  • Local candidates only – must be able to reliably commute to Santee, CA .
