Requirements

• 1 years of experience in remote or local customer service
• 1 years of experience in a remote or local call center setting
• Must use a Windowsbased computer
• Must have hardwired internet
• Must have wired USB headset
• Quiet professional background for clear communication
• Typing ability of 40 WPM or more
• Intermediate level of computer knowledge
• Must be able to speak professionally and with an outstanding tone.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have active listening skills
