Receptionist

Language Requirement: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Salary: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak) - Required.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
