Large top-tier law firm seeks Receptionist with approximately 5 years experience for its Los Angeles office. In addition to delivering premier service with regard to telephone communications, the Receptionist is responsible for the coordination of all facets of Conference Services, including, conference rooms, visiting offices, catering services and audio/visual setups. Receptionist also handles scheduling of breaks and lunches to ensure appropriate coverage at all times. Receptionist should have knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
