Responsibilities: • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Assist with photoshoots and video content for listings, events, and marketing campaigns. • Write captivating captions, property highlights, and brand-focused messaging. • Monitor analytics and suggest strategies to grow our audience and engagement. • Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to highlight our brand, listings, and services. • Develop and manage a content calendar to execute a robust marketing plan. • Help manage and nurture our CRM/database. Qualifications: • Social media expertise and proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva (mandatory). • Passion for real estate, design, storytelling, and creating impact through marketing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset. • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—able to work independently when needed. • Experience with photo and video editing tools is a plus.
