What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Lease Management: Monitor leases for key dates and ensure compliance with lease obligations using CoStar (real estate database).
Global Collaboration: Communicate with global sites to align on real estate decisions and respond to critical date notifications.
Document Coordination: Coordinate various documents for review and signature with Legal, Finance, business units, and our outsourced real estate firm.
Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate the financial impacts of real estate options.
Lease Administration: Prepare required communications per lease documents, including renewal notices, tenant allowances, and broker commissions.
File Management: Manage documentation files for leased and owned properties and transfer files to the Real Estate Portfolio or brokerage teams for CoStar entry.
Reporting and Presentations: Prepare various reports and presentations related to real estate for business and real estate leadership.
Audit Support: Engage with and monitor auditors' requests for information.
Special Projects: Take on special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in real estate/lease administration.
Previous experience with real estate database software (CoStar, data-driven report development).
High level of detail orientation and focus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and use independent judgment.
Ability to be self-directed and work under minimal supervision.
Proactive, tenacious, and solution-minded approach.
Technological savvy, innovative, and learning agile.
Financial/analytical skills with a strong base in math concepts.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Ability to create custom reports.
Experience with the Costar lease database.
