Job Description:
We are seeking a RA Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Voadera. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing products that meet company standards from local retail stores. A significant part of your role will involve developing and nurturing relationships with store managers to secure exclusive deals negotiate bulk orders and ensure that purchasing decisions align with company goals.
Your role will involve significant time spent at retail stores building partnerships and overseeing logistics to transport products efficiently. You will work closely with a team that monitors your purchases ensures compliance with company standards and supports you throughout the buying process.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing : Actively visit retail stores daily to identify highpotential products analyzing ongoing sales clearance events and instore promotions.
Market Awareness : Stay ahead of the market by tracking upcoming sales and promotions to secure the best deals before competitors.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and employees to gain insider access to sales negotiate favorable bulk purchasing terms and secure exclusive offers.
Negotiation : Negotiate bulk discounts and favorable terms ensuring purchases align with company profitability targets.
ECommerce Analysis : Use ScanPower and other tools to evaluate potential deals across platforms like Amazon ensuring every deal meets ROI and sales velocity standards.
Logistics Management : Coordinate the transportation of products from stores to warehouses ensuring a smooth and timely supply chain process.
Expense Tracking : Manage and track expenses associated with purchases shipping and storage to maintain budget control and maximize profits.
Performance Monitoring : Analyze product sales performance to ensure inventory moves quickly and profitably making necessary adjustments based on demand.
Risk Management : Identify and manage potential risks such as counterfeit goods returns or market demand fluctuations ensuring every deal is carefully evaluated.
Reporting : Provide daily reports on buying activities secured deals cost savings and profit margins ensuring clear communication with your team.
Adaptation : Adjust buying strategies based on seasonal trends and consumer behavior ensuring youre always purchasing the most indemand products.
Store Performance Evaluation : Evaluate the performance of stores during visits identifying which locations offer the most profitable products and which should be deprioritized.
Job Requirements:
Previous Sales Experience : Ideally in retail or product sourcing with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Driving Requirement : Ability to drive a Promaster or cargo van for product transportation. Must possess a valid driver s license for the state of Minnesota.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to build and maintain relationships with store managers and suppliers and communicate effectively with internal teams.
ECommerce Proficiency : Experience using ecommerce tools like Amazon Seller Central ScanPower or other platforms to analyze product profitability sales velocity and ROI.
Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret sales charts calculate profit margins and identify profitable products for purchase.
Logistics & Inventory Management : Proven experience in coordinating product transportation managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are aligned with demand.
Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both local and overseas teams to ensure smooth purchasing and inventory processes.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor s Degree (Preferred but Not Required) A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field would be advantageous. Certification or Training in E-Commerce or Retail Management (Preferred but Not Required)
