Project Manager - Civil Construction

Position Overview
We are seeking Construction Project Manager with 5+ years heavy civil experience to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive heavy civil experience in site work, excavation, demolition, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy civil project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
