Location: Image Orthodontics/Kali Smiles Kids, Turlock, CA (New Practice Opening Soon)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (7:45 AM - 5:00 PM)

As we prepare to open our doors in June, Image Orthodontics/Kali Smiles Kids in Turlock, CA is actively seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join our new team. The ideal candidate will possess a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional patient care from day one. As we are establishing this new practice, team members will be integral in practice development, marketing, and managing phone lines, alongside their regular duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an orthodontic, pediatric or general dental practice
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
• Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
• Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to optimize clinic efficiency
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
• Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
• Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
• Collaborate with orthodontists, dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
