With a small yet fully stocked showroom and warehouse, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and helping our customers find the perfect lighting solutions for their needs.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in assisting with purchases, answering questions, and providing a seamless shopping experience. You will also help manage the store's inventory and ensure the showroom stays clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing excellent customer service
-Help customers choose the right light bulbs based on their needs and preferences
-Answer questions about products and suggest suitable lighting solutions
-Accurately process sales transactions
-Maintain inventory levels in the showroom and restock as necessary
-Assist with organizing warehouse inventory and receiving shipments
-Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior experience in customer service or sales
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lift and move boxes of light bulbs (up to 30 lbs)
-Basic math skills for processing transactions
-Eagerness to learn about different types of light bulbs and lighting technologies
-Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
