Job Description

Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1 st Shift Pickers at a facility in Newton, NC.
Requirements:

• Meet productivity deadline
• Must not be scared of heights up to 25 ft
• Basic Reading, writing and Math
• Able to work in a non climate control facility
• Able to lift at least 30lbs
• Competent to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Able to execute excellent attendance
• Able to work in a team environment
• Respectful and hardworking
• Follow rules and guidelines

Work Attire:

• Safety boots is a must
• No tank tops
• Shorts are permitted but must be up to knee level
• No muscle shirt no open sides
• No article of clothing with offensive language or picture

In Addition:

• Bring plenty of liquid to remain hydrated
• Bring lunch/ snacks

Pay:
Pay Rate - $14.00. After successfully completing 30 days, we will increase to $14.50 after 90 days can be consider for full time if requirements are met.

Shift:
Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, but must be open to come in at 6am occasionally

• Break 10am -10:10, Lunch 12/12:30 and last break 2:30/2:2:45
