Office Assistant

PennStuart’s Johnson City, TN office seeks a full-time Office Assistant .

Legal Experience Required

Duties include:

• Document processing and management, including incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents
• File management
• Greeting clients
• Directing incoming communications (phone, faxes, emails)
• Calendaring and office support.

The position requires proficiency with office equipment, such as copiers/scanners, facsimile machines, and computers.
