What Youll Do:

As our Office Administrator you will be a key member of the team providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling: Book inbound patient leads for consultations and assist with scheduling followup appointments.
• Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment answering patient inquiries and delivering an overall positive experience.
• Administrative Support: Manage patient files process payments and ensure data is stored accurately and securely.
• Office Management: Handle opening/closing duties order supplies and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
• Patient Care: Write and send cards or gifts to patients for special occasions reinforcing our commitment to their healing journey.

• Confident communication skills: Able to confidently build relationships with patients over the phone in person and through written communication.
• Quick learner: While medical experience is a plus we are happy to train you on our systems and processes.
• Techsavvy: Comfortable using computer software and managing sensitive information accurately and securely.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior office experience (medical or administrative) is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fastpaced clientfocused environment

• Thursday: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM 3:00 PM 6:00 PM
