Johnson & Johnson is rapidly expanding and immediately hiring qualified Micro Assemblers to facilitate with production demand and new product development.

Micro Assemblers will play a crucial role in the assembly of medical devices and catheters used in life-saving emergency procedures. This is an excellent full-time, long-term opportunity with potential for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Title: Micro Assembler
1 st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Rate: $24 Hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, and Holiday Pay
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Applicants must have at least 6 months of experience performing assembly tasks under a microscope.
Perform assembly tasks under a microscope for the duration of the shift, with typical magnifications ranging from 4x to 40x. Must be willing to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP’s, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English.
Perform assembly tasks using small hand tools, tweezers, razor blades, and adhesives. Must have strong manual dexterity and keen attention to detail.
Assembly responsibilities will take place in a clean room environment. Must be willing to adhere to proper gowning and clean room procedures.
Ability to follow verbal instructions.
Provide feedback to supervisors and engineers and assist with process improvement activities. Must be comfortable with public speaking and have strong verbal and comprehension skills.
Keep workstations clean and free of debris.
Perform other duties as assigned.
